The Andy Milonakis NFT Show, EP. 14 – How Milonakis Made One Million Dollars

Tonight, on The Andy Milonakis NFT Show: As predicted, the Goat Soup NFTs sold out in a matter of hours. And the public sale sold out in a record nine minutes. The official website reads “Goats are sold out and can be purchased on secondary! 3,744/3,744 minted.” Each mint was 0.08 ETH, so the project’s first drop made almost $1.4M minus expenses. Hate to say we told you so, but we did.

Let’s start from the beginning and make our way to Andy Milonakis’ thank you video. In it, the man promises all kinds of real-world utilities for Goat Soup, his first serious NFT collection.

Milonakis’ Day Before The Whitelist Mint

Let’s summarize Goat Soup’s story so far, for those of you who haven’t been paying attention to The Andy Milonakis NFT Show

  • The first thing our hero did was open a Discord channel to gather the community around.
  • Almost 8500 people joined in just a few days.
  • The newly formed Goar Soup team had to close the group.
  • They gave those already in the chance to get whitelisted.
  • More than 1000 people got whitelisted. Plus, a number of people who won giveaways in other projects’ Discords.

And that’s where we were when Andy tweeted this:

Bear these two things in mind, “The discord will be unlocked after mint. The website is not up yet but the minting will take place on http://goatsoup.com.” Also, let’s refresh what does “fully on-chain” means, and the rationale behind the NFT’s characteristics. “The reason why Goat Soup is pixel art is because the nfts actually exists on the block chain and there are size limits”

The day before the mint ends in excitement.

First Holders Showing Their Goat Soup NFTs

The White List Sale’s Results

It took 24 hours, but 979 of the whitelist people got 1200 of the Goat Soups.

Hours before the public sale, the NFT audience was buzzing:

Goat Soup’s Road Map And IRL Utility

Our hero transformed into a stick of butter to give us the road map and explain the real-life utility that the Goat Soup NFTs will have.

Summarizing: Milonakis will organize parties, events, participate in art shows, and create merchandise based on the Goat Soups. Also, he will airdrop other NFTs to holders. Milonakis promises constant action. He’ll put his life into the NFT series.

If you don’t like butter, in the following video the man himself gives you similar information with a high-energy attitude:

Adding up to what the stick of butter said, in this one, Milonakis promises a free mint of his first hip hop NFT single for all Goat Soup holders.
